What do I do if I need to return something?

If you need to return an item then send us an email stating your order number or the name used for the order & your reason for returning. Please note that items will need to be returned to us unworn & in their original condition. Please also note that you will be responsible for shipping charges when returning an item.

Can I get a refund for the item when returned?

We will only refund payment if the item is faulty. Otherwise we will exchange the item for a similar item or you can have store credit for the amount the item is worth to spend at our online store.

How long do I have to return the item?

You have 7 working days to return the item to us otherwise we will not accept a return after this period. Remember the item will have to be returned “as new”.

How should I pack the item?

Make sure the item is packaged correctly & securely when returning. If the item reaches us damaged due to being inappropriately packed then you will be responsible for it. If the returned item is an item of clothing then we would recommend a strong mail bag. If the item is breakable or fragile then a padded envelope/box would be appropriate.
